On 03/28/2023 the 15th Karlsruhe Venture Day will take place online. The Venture Day is a joint event of CyberForum e.V. and Kizoo Technology Capital GmbH and represents the largest startup pitch event in the region.

Mario Steiner – Controller
Mario Steiner has been working for HTGF as a controller since October 2022. After completing an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in his home region of Lake Constance, he went on to obtain his advanced technical college entrance qualification in business and administration in Bonn. He then completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration with majors in controlling & accounting at the Technical University in Cologne. He gained his first practical experience as a student trainee in a company in the historic motor sports industry, before working there for several years as a commercial manager after graduating. In his free time, everything revolves around sports, especially his passion for soccer.
Peter Kolvenbach – Senior IT Service Manager CRM
Peter Kolvenbach is Senior IT Service Manager CRM of the IT of our HTGF. His IT career began with his studies in computer science at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. In the meantime, Peter has been able to expand his wealth of experience in 15 years as a CRM consultant, functional solution architect and IT project manager with projects in the Dynamics CRM environment in several renowned companies. In his free time, he enjoys music and sports. At the appropriate time of year, Peter is also a carnival enthusiast.

Berk Aydin – Investment Analyst
Berk joined HTGF’s Digital Tech team in February 2023. He completed his CEMS double master in Management in Rotterdam and Beijing. During his studies, he discovered his passion for startups and tech. Before joining the HTGF, he first worked as a founder and later as an entrepreneur in residence in tech startups. In his free time, he is interested in languages and sports.
Jörn Thesen – Social Media Manager
As Social Media Manager, Jörn manages the HTGF’s presence on various social networks with the Communications & Relations team. After studying American Studies, German Studies and History in Bonn and Oxford, which he completed in 2009 with a Master of Arts degree, he gained content marketing and social media experience, both on the corporate and agency side. In his free time, Jörn is passionate about comics, film and music and has been producing his own podcast about pop culture since 2016.
